Our letting service comes hand in hand with our management service. However, we are willing to offer a tailor-made letting service for you in order to create the best working relationship between letting agent and landlord.
TENANTS
A prospective tenant wishing to proceed with an application for a tenancy would be required to pay a reservation fee of £200.00, this would reserve the property for 7 days.
Should the prospective tenant decide not to proceed, or fail to do so within 7 days, then an administration fee of £200.00 is charged for the time taken to process the application.
Reference checks are required and the fee for each application is £60.00 inc vat and this must be paid at the time of returning the completed application forms.
There is an administration fee payable of £96.00 inc vat, which includes drawing up of the tenancy agreement prior to the commencement of the term.
We would require one month’s rent in advance and a further month’s rent, which is added to the reservation fee (£200.00) paid at the commencement of the proceedings. This becomes the full security deposit held.
